Returns
I trust my products and want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Returns are possible within 14 days, but the purchased item must be unopened. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or the product is damaged, please email me immediately at contact(a)lumireflectors.com. Shipping and packaging costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.
All reflectors shine for years unless they are bent, washed, or damaged.
Unfortunately, I do not accept exchanges.
Shipping and handling fees for domestic shipments range from €2.50 to €7.00 per order.
Orders are sent by regular mail to the delivery address. For larger shipments, I will provide a customized parcel.
I generally process orders within a few business days (1 to 3), but no later than seven (7) business days.
You can pay on the LUMI online shop by credit card. Stripe is the payment partner of the online shop.
STRIPE
Stripe is an internationally reliable and widely used operator offering a simple payment method. Stripe acts as an intermediary for all payments made on the online shop. Payment is made directly on the shop’s website, without redirection. By using the card payments offered by Stripe, you accept Stripe’s general terms and conditions. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a separate payment confirmation from Stripe, directly by e-mail.
